About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Services Tax Director to join our team. As a Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a challenging client portfolio, delivering high-quality corporate tax compliance services, and contributing to the strategic agenda for the future of our corporate tax compliance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing proactive management of financial and risk aspects.
- Assist with the management and delivery of compliance services, ensuring optimal resource scheduling and process efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of business proposals and pitches for new compliance business.
- Motivate your team to perform at their best, providing mentorship and guidance to allow them to reach their full potential.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including tax, advisory, and accounting specialists, to deliver high-quality services.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 10 years' experience in tax, AITI/CTA qualified, and excellent leadership skills. You should have a strong commercial awareness, excellent delegation skills, and the ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
