The Store Manager position offers a unique opportunity to empower customers through personalized experiences.

As a leader, you will be responsible for modeling and coaching associates on behaviors that achieve store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also develop and communicate store strategies that align with the company's overall strategy.

Delivering financial plans to drive KPI performance, identifying shifts in business, and making necessary adjustments are crucial responsibilities of this role. Additionally, fostering an environment of recognition by reinforcing behaviors that meet customer and business needs is essential.

You will create and implement action plans to course correct in a timely manner, oversee all inventory-related activities, and utilize the Store Visit Assessment to identify opportunities. Associate timekeeping activities, building a diverse team, and resolving associate and leadership relations matters are also key responsibilities.

Key qualifications include a passion for leading a team and creating a positive customer experience. If you have a strong understanding of customer trends and can strategically plan and direct the movement of merchandise, we'd love to hear from you
