About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) to join our team in North Tipperary Adult Services, Nenagh, Co Tipperary. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the effective development and delivery of day services using a person-centered approach and in line with New Directions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of day services
  • Manage a team of staff and provide supervision and support
  • Work closely with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals

The ideal candidate will have essential criteria including:

  • Registered Nurse (RNID/RGN/RCN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
  • Min 3 years post-qualification experience
  • 3 years' experience working with adults with disabilities
  • Knowledge and experience of working in the disability sector

Desirable criteria include management course commencement or completion and experience of working with behaviours of concern.
