The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a construction site, overseeing a team and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site operations, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- 5+ years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly, often with limited information.
