  • Our coaches assist employees and their spouses/families as they transition, integrate, and acclimate to new cities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establishes rapport with program participants and motivates them to achieve goals.
  • Guides participants through coaching process and milestone completion.
  • Advises and coaches career development, transition & integration issues and career options.
  • Maintains electronic service delivery record for each employee serviced, according to internal guide.
  • Monitors progress of program participants, consults with them on specific subjects to improve their job search skills and knowledge and deals with personal issues that are affecting their careers.
Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years experience coaching others in job search.
  • Experience working with job seekers on job searches in Ireland.
  • Strong verbal / written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze and appropriately address transitional needs.
  • Ability to engage and foster positive relationships with participants/clients.
  • Understanding of business and cultural practices within Ireland.
  • Currently lives and/or works in Ireland.
  • Expat or Repat experience.
  • High-speed internet connection on a personal computer; headset with a microphone will be required (remote work).
  • Experience working with job seekers of various professions and levels.
