Medical Device Design and Quality Assurance Lead
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Medical Device Design and Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to lead quality assurance efforts and contribute to the success of our products.
Responsibilities- Lead quality representative on projects, ensuring that design history files and device master records are properly maintained and up-to-date.
- Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Investigate and evaluate material biocompatibility and sterilization methods to ensure safety and effectiveness.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in medical device design and development/quality assurance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional manner.
This is a part-time position (3 days a week) with opportunities for growth and professional development.
