Job Summary:

We seek an astute Procurement Strategist to drive value through data-driven insights and supply chain expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract actionable insights from procurement data, identifying opportunities to enhance sourcing strategies and improve overall cost efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that inform procurement decisions and measure performance metrics.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of supplier bids, contracts, and proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, estimators, and finance teams to synchronize procurement plans with construction timelines.
  • Provide support in drafting and issuing purchase orders and service agreements, ensuring seamless execution of procurement activities.
  • Lead market research initiatives to assess supplier capabilities and pricing trends, informing strategic procurement decisions.
  • Maintain diligent oversight of supplier performance, addressing issues related to delivery, quality, or compliance as needed.
  • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting efforts by providing data-driven insights on material and service costs, driving informed business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements through effective management of procurement documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Supply Chain, with a strong interest in the Construction Industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Desirable knowledge of ERP Systems.
