We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our organization. This role requires the ability to handle technical issues promptly and efficiently, manage IT infrastructure, and provide excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in IT support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in Office 365 and Microsoft Azure services is also required.
