**Team Lead - Early Career Coaching**
We're seeking a highly skilled Team Lead to join our Customer Success team at Servicenow.
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of early career Customer Success Guides who will focus on delivering success at scale.
Our team will drive customer success, growth, and adoption within the EMEA region by delivering remote engagements at various points during the customer lifecycle.
You will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of Success Guides, driving successful customer outcomes, leading to client product adoption, renewals, and expansion of Servicenow offerings within the account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead your team to onboard new customers, improve technical health and adoption for a portfolio of customers.
- Develop a culture of learning and growth within your team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth.
- Staying current on the latest digital and AI-based technologies and their impact on business.
- Drive new initiatives in the Success Hubs as part of the overall Customer Excellence Group strategy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-performing consulting or software company.
- Proven track record of leading and growing teams of individual contributors.
- Familiarity with Servicenow product suites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
