">Job Description:The primary role of a Line Manager is to oversee the daily operations of a department and team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service. Key responsibilities include creating an inspiring environment for colleagues and customers, being responsible for the store when the Store Manager/Deputy Manager are not present, and fostering a culture of trust.
Additionally, this position involves coaching and managing colleagues to deliver daily priorities and meet customer needs, reviewing reports and systems to drive improvements, and driving a culture of zero food waste. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recruiting top talent, understanding cleaning specifications, and managing stock control activities.
