Job Title: Senior HSE Specialist We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on HSE matters, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in safety and environmental practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
  • Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
 Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment advisory role, preferably within a data centre or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using HSE management systems and tools.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HSE responsibilities.
