We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and support system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure enhancements in a healthcare environment.

This role ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of critical IT systems, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical applications, servers, and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare IT infrastructure, regulatory compliance (JCI, HIQA), and IT service management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations for servers, storage, and network infrastructure.
  • Ensure minimal disruption to clinical and administrative operations during upgrade processes.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to manage EHR and other healthcare system upgrades.
  • Develop upgrade roadmaps to maintain system security, compliance, and performance.

Systems Administration & Support:

  • Administer, monitor, and optimize Windows servers, virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud environments.
  • Ensure high availability and redundancy of mission-critical healthcare systems.
  • Provide Level 3 support for escalated issues and collaborate with the service desk team for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery (DR) plans and participate in business continuity exercises.
