We are looking for a Customer Service and Medical Solutions Associate to join our Medical Information team at Scientificjobs. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing accurate and non-promotional information in a courteous and professional manner.
The successful candidate will have fluency in German and English, excellent active listening skills, and effective verbal skills to respond to customers with empathy and understanding. They will also be able to identify queries containing adverse events or product quality complaints, handle and document them according to procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and non-promotional information
