The Role Clarity Search Partners is seeking a highly motivated and fully qualified Corporate Tax Manager to join their Tax Team based in their offices.


Main Responsibilities:

Carry out corporate advisory work for domestic and international clients

Identify and project-manage tax consultancy assignments using solutions-based tax planning

Advise overseas clients relocating to new markets on both compliance and tax structuring projects

Manage and expand the company's diverse corporate tax compliance portfolio

Work with existing clients to develop new business opportunities, maximizing tax efficiencies

Build and maintain client relationships within the firm and internationally

Stay up-to-date with tax technical changes due to evolving international tax landscapes

Develop and train junior members of the team, taking responsibility for their technical and practical experience

Coach and mentor trainees


Required Skills and Qualifications:

CTA / CTC Qualified (Accountancy qualification also desirable)

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience

Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills

Excellent knowledge of corporate tax both domestically and internationally

Client-focused with an interest in developing new business opportunities

Excellent team management skills
