We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Attendant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

About the Role
  • Deep cleaning of pool area, hammam suite, thermal suites, changing rooms, and all guest public areas of the spa.
  • Replenishing guest amenities regularly and ensuring all public areas meet ESPA brand standards.
  • Setting up and closing down the spa according to brand standards using relevant checklists.
  • Providing courtesy and assistance to guests at all times.

Maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as per the Spa Attendant Supervisor/Spa Director and Leisure Club Manager's guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous professional cleaning experience.
  • A passion for maintaining high standards.
  • A professional manner and great attitude towards providing high levels of customer service.
  • A willingness to progress their career with our company.
  • An excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral.
  • At least one year's experience working in a housekeeping or cleaning attendant role.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must be able to focus and multitask, use time efficiently, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
