We are looking for a skilled Research Scientist to drive the execution and communication of bold, high-impact science that accelerates patient access and transforms healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee health outcomes research strategies for compounds in our portfolio.
  • Formulate and drive patient-focused outcomes, real-world evidence, and economic value strategies for priority products and geographies.
  • Apply technical expertise to solve health outcomes issues associated with registration, pricing, reimbursement, and access initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the development and commercialization lifecycle to ensure timely integration of HEOR from early clinical development through commercialization. Your ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and concisely will be essential in influencing business partners and external stakeholders to achieve goals and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Doctorate (PhD, MD) with 5-11 years of experience OR PharmD/MS degree with 5-11 years of experience in creating, executing, and delivering outcomes strategies/projects.
  • Strong comprehension and communication skills, including the ability to translate and disseminate complex scientific information.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams.
