We are seeking an RNA Biotechnology Scientist to join our team at Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with Pfizer, at the Grange Castle facility in Dublin.

In this critical role, you will provide scientific and technical expertise in mRNA in-vitro transcription and purification sciences to support the development and optimization of vaccine manufacturing processes.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing experimental studies for mRNA vaccine development, collaborating with analytical scientists on process development studies, and providing technical support to Drug Substance Technical Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biochemistry, biochemical engineering, or a related discipline, with minimum +1 year's experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Relevant experience in mRNA bio processing, separation sciences, mammalian cell technology, and process modeling is highly desirable.
