Job Description

Solutions Architect is a key role in our organization that involves designing and developing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions on AWS.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and designing cloud solutions using best practices in DevOps and cloud-native design. You will implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform to enable efficient and consistent deployments.

Additionally, you will automate the deployment, configuration, and management of infrastructure and services using CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

You will collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement strategies for monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS-native tools such as CloudWatch or third-party solutions.

Furthermore, you will optimize cloud architectures for cost, performance, and security and advise clients on best practices for infrastructure, data, and application deployment.

Lastly, you will mentor and guide teams on AWS architecture patterns, DevOps methodologies, and operational best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions architecture role, focusing on AWS.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or similar tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux systems administration, networking, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or AWS CloudWatch.
