Job Title: Nursing Leadership Position

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and manage a team of experienced nursing professionals in a fast-paced mental health environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize exceptional clinical skills to assess patient needs, develop and implement effective care plans, and ensure high-quality nursing care is provided at all times.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Exercise leadership within the service to promote strong organization and communication among team members, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Registered on the Psychiatric Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) with a post-registration qualification in healthcare management (QQI Level 8 or higher).
  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years post-qualification/registration Psychiatric nursing experience and 3+ years relevant experience in a management position within psychiatric nursing.
