Senior Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineering Leader to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to design and build software that scales to global markets, enabling secure, seamless, always available Cross-Border payments.

This role will lead by defining technical strategy, architecture, design, and execution to deliver Treasury Management solution. You will provide technical and domain leadership to align engineering strategy with business objectives.

The successful candidate will have experience driving collaboration across engineering, product management, enterprise functions, and regional business teams. They will champion engineering best practices and develop frameworks to identify and mitigate technical risks.

  • Drive innovation through strategic decision-making, leadership, and collaboration.
  • Provide technical vision and direction to ensure the delivery of Treasury Management solution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead large global projects, architecting, estimating, planning, implementing, and operating.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Experience in software engineering, preferably in a Java or Spring framework environment.
  • Strong understanding of cryptography functions and PKI infrastructure.
