About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified candidate for Head of Compliance (PCF-12) to join our Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) in Ireland.

This role is crucial in ensuring our compliance with the MiCAR framework in Ireland and Europe, while harmonising these regulations into the larger CoinJar group internationally.

You will be a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust compliance framework.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring our CASP meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance in the evolving crypto-asset landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the PCF-12 responsible individual for the company, overseeing all compliance matters.
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and controls to align with MiCAR, GDPR, and DORA requirements.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscape and industry best practices, ensuring the company's compliance program remains up-to-date.
  • Conduct regular compliance monitoring and testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Provide compliance training and guidance to employees.
