At the heart of our organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to assume key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the technical, managerial, and commercial aspects of projects
  • Collaborate with senior managers to deliver projects on time and within established parameters
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company ISO procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Ireland or ICE
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a design office environment with exposure to drainage, water, roads, and traffic system design
  • Excellent understanding of engineering principles behind infrastructure development
  • Familiarity with DMURS and relevant design software packages
  • Experience in compiling engineering planning documentation for major projects
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to identify and apply appropriate scientific methods to solve engineering problems
Desirable Skills
  • Road Safety Audit experience and expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software packages
