Clinical Data Associate: Expert in Data Integrity

Our Clinical Data Associate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of clinical data.
Data Management Responsibilities:- Define business requirements for studies/programs to ensure seamless data management processes.
- Oversee data deliverables, guaranteeing they meet project objectives on time, within scope, and budget.
- Execute project monitoring and quality oversight of sourcing providers for end-to-end data management activities.
- Ensure data acquisition, database design, and observed dataset requirements accurately reflect specific protocol objectives.
- Specify data collection tools and technology platforms for trials/programs, aligning with industry best practices.
- Drive and support standards decisions, implementation, and compliance for studies/programs.
- Serve as primary communication point for all data management activities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Report status of data management milestones and data quality, enabling informed decision-making.
- Participate in shared learning across the Data and Analytics organization, driving innovation and excellence.
- Masters degree in Informatics/Analytics, Life Sciences, Statistics, Information Technology, Epidemiology, or Computer Sciences (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner/influence a virtual team and drive technical projects to deliver results is essential.
