">Role Purpose

This exciting opportunity involves working across multiple business functions, including Strategic Planning & Master Planning, Property, Construction, Land Acquisition, Developer Collaboration, Asset Management, and Investment. You will work closely with the Cost Management Team to progress the development pipeline, with project values ranging from €60m to €1bn+.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participating in workshops and providing advice on cost and value management.
  • Visiting sites in consideration and preparing Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates and Development Budgets.
  • Carrying out scenario analysis and optioneering studies alongside the Investment team to determine viability/affordability.
  • Detailed analysis of tender returns including overall unit type cost analysis.
Person Specification

We are looking for candidates with strong commercial and technical acumen, who have a degree or higher in Quantity Surveying and are Chartered or in the process of gaining chartership.
