Mechanical Estimation Opportunity

The role of a Mechanical Estimator is to provide accurate and competitive tenders/detailed estimates for pre-design or design and build projects. As a key member of the estimation team, you will be responsible for obtaining and negotiating pricing/quotes from local vendors and sub-contractors.

Key duties include reviewing scope gaps and variances prior to inclusion in bid, production of tender documents including drawing analysis and specifications for inclusion in BoQs, and liaising with the construction team to cross reference actual costs vs quotations provided.

Requirements for the role include a degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or a Mechanical Trade background, 3+ years' experience as a Mechanical Estimator, and excellent commercial awareness and time management skills.

This opportunity also offers the chance to work on large scale Data Centre projects in Ireland and across Europe, as well as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for career progression.
