Merchandiser Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Merchandiser to fill a full-time position in Dublin. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of retail outlets across your assigned territory.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and promoted effectively in-store.
  • Negotiate optimal shelf space and introduce new product lines and promotions.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and in-store training sessions.
  • Design and implement effective promotional displays, ensuring accurate signage and pricing.
  • Monitor stock levels and provide timely replenishment recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.
Requirements:
  • Experience in merchandising or retail, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive to meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and willingness to travel as required.

This role includes a company vehicle, fuel card, toll tag, laptop, mobile phone, and ordering tablet. Benefits also include a sales incentive scheme, 21 days annual leave, and pension after 6 months.
