Business Development Manager Job Summary

As a key member of our sales team, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the development of proposals and sales plans to win business. Building relationships with clients and industry professionals is crucial to understand customer requirements and trends, and implementing and maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business leads within the specified sales territory.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals to drive growth and expansion.
  • Implementing and maintaining excellent customer service standards across all interactions.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills to promote products to both new and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience within a similar working environment, preferably in the electrical products/construction industry.
  • A valid full clean driving license is essential for this role.
  • Proven track record of sales success, combined with strong project management and reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
