Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our GastroPub/Restaurant in Cork.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing busy volume, gastro bar and quality restaurant food service operations. They will be responsible for coordinating the team and all day-to-day activities in the premises.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations and coordinate all areas of the GastroBar/Restaurant premises
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the team as required
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail
  • Coordinate security, health and safety, tills, cash, pricing, sales, promotions, special events, stock control, rostering, and achieving monthly margins
  • Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all, team and guests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years General Management experience
  • Fluent English and excellent IT and administrative skills required
  • Ability to work closely with an experienced Head Chef to build an excellent food reputation
  • Full legal status to work in Ireland is required
