Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.

  • Oversee the debtor's function, responsible for collections, receipt allocations, and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Collect outstanding moneys by telephone and email in line with credit terms and targets.
  • Coordinate and post invoices to our software system.
  • Manage the cash book and prepare monthly debtors lists.
  • Issue monthly statements to customers and handle customer queries and resolve any issues.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working in credit control or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, efficient, and meticulous in working with figures.
  • Ability to set up and maintain good relationships with clients and internal staff.
