  • Ensuring all works on-site are carried out in compliance with required standards.
  • Regularly checking completed works and work-in-progress against project plans and requirements.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety drawings/specifications and practices at all times.
  • Measuring and visually sampling building materials to check their quality.
  • Attending progress meetings and addressing reported issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuously monitoring all works on-site and liaising with contractors and project management.
  • Coordinating inspections with client technical teams.
  • Maintaining a daily site diary of all activities on-site.
