Job Title: Commercial Fit Out Project Manager

  • Manage the coordination and supervision of various fit out projects as required by the business.
  • Oversight of commercial fit out projects, with responsibility for managing manpower on site including direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
  • Supervise works on site to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
  • Plan and coordinate daily site requirements, including labour, procurement of materials, and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedures, and record performance and progress of site operations.

This is an opportunity to join a Specialist Fit Out Contractor with a fantastic reputation in Dublin. Our client delivers high-quality commercial fit outs across the Dublin area for a wide range of clients, including large office fit outs valued up to €10M.

The Ideal Candidate

">
  • A Degree in Construction Management or Relevant Trade Qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience working in the fit-out industry in ROI or the UK
  • Ideally will have experience managing office fit outs
  • Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
  • Experience managing projects valued over €500K
  • Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
