Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our client's team and make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will work closely with the Surveying department to discuss operative outputs and ensure that materials and equipment are in place prior to commencing works.

Responsibilities include overseeing site progress, monitoring output, and minimizing wastage. The Contracts Manager will also be responsible for reviewing drawings against works being carried out, ensuring the correct products are used, and regularly communicating with team members about changes or variations to works.

Key qualifications include a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-value Commercial Curtain Walling, strong IT skills, and the ability to produce reliable progress reports. The ideal candidate will also possess strong people and Health & Safety management skills.
