Pediatric Nursing Trainer

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled facilitator to lead clinical skills training for nursing and midwifery staff in paediatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver effective training programs to enhance clinical skills and competencies among staff members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement training initiatives that meet the needs of our organisation.
• Facilitate group training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support the development of staff skills.

Requirements:

• Significant post-registration nursing experience in Paediatric nursing relevant to the role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate staff.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organisational goals.
