  • File management: opening, closing and maintaining files
  • Document management: managing high volumes of typing letters and other documentation; amending documentation as required
  • Court administration: preparation of court documents and briefs; liaising with counsel as required
  • Administration activities including filing, photocopying, answering the phone
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of legal secretarial experience within litigation
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Good IT and systems skills
  • Ability to use initiative and manage time efficiently
