Media Product Leader

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned media professional to lead our media product efforts across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital media planning and execution, as well as experience managing or contributing to influencer marketing campaigns.

About the Role:

This is a 12-month contract for maternity leave cover, where the successful candidate will be responsible for introducing new capabilities to local market teams and ensuring they are effectively adopted and implemented correctly.

The role involves partnering closely with local media teams to gain a deep understanding of their media execution plans, validating the marketing mix, investment levels, and strategic assumptions, and acting as a trusted advisor to support and guide market-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead media planning across multiple markets, developing and implementing effective media strategies that drive business growth.
  • Own the Media Ad Tech and 1st-Party Data strategy, identifying opportunities to leverage data-driven insights and drive innovation in media planning.
  • Establish and lead a global Media community of practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing across markets.
  • Act as a media thought leader and product owner for media-related digital capabilities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
  • 10+ years experience in digital media planning and execution, with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective media strategies.
  • Experience managing or contributing to influencer marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of how to leverage social media platforms to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to present complex marketing performance data and strategic models to senior stakeholders and executive teams, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
