The Role of Senior Manager is a key position in our Finance Transformation services, responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will lead delivery of client engagements, managing and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.

As a Senior Manager, you will be required to develop high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. You will also monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

This role requires expertise and in-depth knowledge in the areas of Finance operations and processes, Finance operating models, Global Business Services, and Finance technologies. A proven track record of outstanding performance, display of high people and business skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

We are seeking ambitious professionals who can demonstrate experience of significant business transformation to work across multiple sectors. A strong background in Finance transformation and technology, consulting experience, and project and programme delivery experience are highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8-10 years' relevant experience in consulting, Finance Reporting, and Finance Process & Automation
  • Strong academic record including a third-level degree in a Finance, Business, or Project Management related area
  • MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA, and/or PMP/Prince2 qualification
  • Experience delivering business change in areas such as Shared Services, Outsourcing programmes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, Programme/project management for large-scale business transformation, Finance process improvement and automation in Finance settings, Finance Reporting, including Value & Performance Management
