We are seeking an experienced Goods Movement Coordinator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning daily delivery routes and loading/unloading deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning daily delivery routes and loading/unloading deliveries
  • Accurately picking, packing, and labeling products for delivery
  • Assembling orders quickly and efficiently
  • Managing goods inward and outward processes, ensuring proper paperwork completion
  • Maintaining traceability records for audit purposes
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensuring timely and friendly delivery to customers
  • Maintaining company vehicle cleanliness and reporting any damage or issues
  • Completing delivery dockets and ensuring customer sign-off
  • Addressing any delivery or product issues immediately with the Operations Manager
  • Adhering to company dress and hygiene policies

Requirements:

  • Full clean Category B Driving License required
  • Counterbalance, PPT, and Bendi licenses preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: €32,000 - €34,000 DOE
  • 24 days annual leave

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
  • 7.5 hours daily
