Job Title: Data Modeler & Structurist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data models that meet business requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and develop solutions that optimize performance, governance, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design aggregated structured datasets for business-ready data.
  • Define fund data relationships across multiple sources.
  • Optimize data models for performance, governance, and reporting.
  • Create SQL-based views and transformations to standardize data models.
  • Work with the internal data engineering team to ensure transformations align with consumer requirements.
  • Partner with data analysts to validate data structures and support analytics.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure Gold Layer datasets are accessible for internal & external users.
  • Ensure efficient query performance.
  • Work with governance teams to define dataset permissions & access rules.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL and database management systems.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
