Job Title: Senior Test Automation Engineer

Drive innovation in automation practices, shape AI-driven testing strategies and mentor engineers to succeed.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in API and web automation with hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, RestSharp, SoapUI, JMeter or LoadRunner. They should also be skilled in at least one programming/scripting language like C#, .NET, Python, C++ and have excellent problem-solving, communication and mentoring skills.

  • Lead the implementation of best-practice test automation principles as a subject matter expert.
  • Design, build, expand and maintain high-quality automation frameworks for APIs, microservices and web applications.
  • Develop and drive adoption of AI-based automation techniques.
  • Mentor and support automation engineers across teams.
  • Investigate test failures, troubleshoot and improve frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in test automation.
  • Strong background in API and web automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, RestSharp, SoapUI, JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Skilled in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, .NET, Python, C++).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and mentoring skills.

Desirable:

  • AI in automation.
  • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Test management tools (. TestRail) and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Performance testing and UI automation frameworks.
  • Networking, mobile or Angular testing knowledge.
  • Agile/Kanban delivery and ISTQB certification
