Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The quality assurance specialist plays a pivotal role in maintaining quality excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on all quality management system activities.
  • Ensure that quality processes meet specified standards and comply with current good manufacturing practice regulations.
  • Continuously monitor the quality management system, suggesting improvements and corrective actions.
  • Administer quality manuals, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and interact with management personnel on quality matters.
  • Investigate and document all planned and unplanned changes.
Audit and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements by conducting internal reviews and reporting findings.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and lead internal, regulatory, supplier, and customer audits.
Operational Activities
  • Manage quality documents, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and interact with management personnel on quality issues.
  • Issue controlled documents, maintain indexes, and review completed documents for compliance.
  • Propose and review document changes as necessary.
  • Perform daily checks on equipment conditions and provide support for sample checking.
  • Review calibration and temperature mapping activities.
