Establishing a culture of continuous improvement, TN Ireland is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join their team in Galway. This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing principles, driving continuous improvement across the production process. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and implementing permanent solutions to manufacturing issues, championing problem-solving through appropriate documentation and knowledge sharing, and working within a highly regulated environment to ensure the highest product quality.

  1. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  2. Leverage data analysis and statistical techniques to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive cultural change.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
  5. Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging employees to think creatively and develop new ideas.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving cultural change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
