This role reports directly to the Logistics Manager and involves providing P&L analysis, data management of logistics planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Report on daily and weekly logistics performances and volumes to ensure efficient warehouse throughput and capacity utilisation.
  • Review volumes during peak business periods to understand their impact on warehouse operations.
  • Report on operational and performance KPIs to assist in managing logistics performance.
  • Creation of centralised logistics dashboards for decision makers.
  • Support senior management with ad-hoc requests that drive business growth.
  • Budgeting and forecasting for optimal logistics performance.
  • Providing detailed analytical support for projects and identifying opportunities to apply new data and information.
  • Development of standardised reporting structures for logistics clients and ongoing maintenance and improvement.
  • Development of reports to represent key operational measurements ensuring accuracy, informativeness, and comprehension by various audiences.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or business is desirable.
  • 2-3 years' experience in data analysis and report generation is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have a self-directed working style and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven individuals with attention to detail are preferred.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel, and ability to data mine and analyse large quantities of data.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to implement tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Time management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time and prioritise workload effectively.
