About the Job:

Activ8 Solar Energies is seeking an experienced Solar PV Installer to join our team. As a key member of our Installations team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality Solar PV Systems to our clients.

With comprehensive industry-specific training, you'll develop the skills needed to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Ensuring the efficient installation of Solar Panels on residential homes to meet the highest industry standards.
  2. Coordinating with the team to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the installation process.
  4. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
  5. Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Roofer or having previous experience in Cladding/Industrial glazing.
  2. Desirable: Previous solar experience.
  3. Able to reside within commuting distance of Cashel, Co. Tipperary.
  4. Proven experience working at heights with harness use.
  5. Ability to fulfill all physical demands of the role with reasonable accommodation.
  6. Comprehensive understanding of Health and Safety legislation and practices.
  7. Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
