About the Role

We seek an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our executive leadership team. As COO, you will work closely with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into execution, ensuring operational efficiency and agility.

  • Develop strategic plans with measurable outcomes, driving synergy across all aspects of business operations.
  • Oversee the delivery of scalable solutions and services, focusing on operational excellence as the customer base grows internationally.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to ensure strategic goals are met, leveraging data-driven insights for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent operations at board level, providing performance updates and strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Foster alignment between technical, product, customer, HR, finance and business operation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Enhance key operational processes to drive continuous improvement and exceed KPIs in customer delivery, sales, profitability and staff development.
Your Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, including P&L responsibility, ideally in a scale-up or technology-driven environment.
  • Experience shaping strategic plans to achieve business growth and commercial success.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable results.
