Job Opportunity: Fundraising Leader

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to lead our fundraising efforts. This role will play a critical part in establishing and developing a sustainable strategy to support our services and supports for families across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to drive income growth
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with donors, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and partnership-building skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational goals and objectives

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration, partnership, and building relationships. They will have extensive experience driving sustainable income growth across diverse sources and will be well-versed in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of driving sustainable income growth through innovative fundraising strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve shared goals
