Job Overview

Agile Transformation Specialist

This role demands a profound understanding of Scrum principles and practices. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in facilitating Agile events, such as sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives. They will also be responsible for maintaining a backlog, removing impediments, and leading the team to quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merging Scrum expertise with a passion for continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
  • Maintaining a backlog, removing impediments, and leading Agile events.
  • Release management coordination and participation in scaling ceremonies.
  • Driving team performance through metrics and finding opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating multiple teams to deliver an integrated solution.
  • Collaborating with product partners and leaders to enable squad mission delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous dedicated Scrum Master experience on software development teams.
  • Achieving squad efficiency, performance, and delivery acceleration.
  • Maintaining and updating squad performance metrics and artifacts.
  • Managing team blockers, dependencies, and risks.
  • Planning and delivering business value releases.
  • Participating in Agile events and promoting adoption of enabling tools.
  • Organizing ideas logically and concisely.
  • Handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Counseling complex squads.
  • Providing Scrum knowledge and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and managing project deliverables.
  • Advanced Jira experience and knowledge of Agile practices.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required.
