Requirements

  • A minimum of five years' experience in a senior nursing management role in elder care.
  • Qualification for post-registration management.
  • Presently enrolled with the NMBI.
  • Demonstrated clinical, leadership, and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Thorough familiarity with the 'HEALTH ACT 2007' and HIQA requirements and regulations.
  • Outstanding organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Gerontology training is preferred.
