Job Overview

As a Team Leader within our Pensions Administration Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for managing a team of pension administrators and providing a high standard of administration to an agreed portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load Balancing: Balance workload to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all processes are adhered to and standard procedures are followed.
