Infrastructure Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our infrastructure services group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing infrastructure solutions across multi-cloud and on-prem platforms.

The ideal candidate will have mastery experience with Ansible Automation Platform and Linux. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement end-to-end cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in building scalable platform components across multi-cloud and on-prem will be invaluable in enabling and scaling developers, DevOps, and architects in cloud to use and scale our cloud solutions both securely and natively.

  • Design and Implement Infrastructure Solutions
  • Lead the Implementation of Scalable Platform Components
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Additionally, you will develop and implement best practices for cloud platform deployments, including building for observability, future maintenance, and pleasant customer experiences. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the platform will ensure seamless delivery of our cloud solutions.

As a highly skilled professional, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in site reliability engineering. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will enable effective collaboration with other teams. Your proven documentation skills will also contribute to maintaining accurate records of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Requirements
  • Senior Level Knowledge of Linux OS Management
  • RedHat Satellite and/or Foreman Repository Configuration and Management
  • Ansible Automation Platform Experience
  • CI/CD Environment Experience (i.e. Github Action, Azure DevOps)
  • Multi-Tenant Cloud Management Experience
  • Multiple Cloud Hosting Provider Experience (e.g. GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Other Configuration Management Platform Experience (i.e. Puppet)
  • Experience with Writing/Debugging Terraform/TFE Scripts and Pipelines
