Senior Manager Supply Chain Inventory and Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to oversee the execution of processes supporting manufacturing and movement of pharmaceutical products throughout the value chain.

This role ensures accurate inventory management across the supply network and facilitates timely transactional activities, including goods receipts, issues, and product movements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Execution and Data Stewardship:
    • Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient execution of supply chain transactions across the value chain.
    • Perform goods receipts, goods issues, transfers, and other goods movements in support of Supply Execution at external suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Process Subject Matter Expert (SME):
    • Oversee end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chain process design as a key Subject Matter Expert (SME), across the Value Chain for inventory management.
    • Develop Process Maps, Process Documentation, and Training materials supporting execution across Value Chain inventory processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA preferred, with additional certifications in supply chain (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP).
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in supply chain, inventory management, or supply operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical supply chain regulations and industry best practices.
